QUALITY CONTROL
We have dedicated team of 15 people for quality control. 100% tiles pass through automatic planarity machine , which provides surety about Bend, Size Variation & War page. Planarity machine is installed on all production line. Machine follows the parameter sets in the system which gives more surety about quality and we only follow internationals standards.
SORTING
Zealtop Granito Pvt Ltd. Quality team very strict material sorting procedure .
This helps us to avoid the shade variation in material and identified defects in tiles.
INSPECTION & TESTING
The Quality team do pre nano inspection of tiles. So, problem before nano can be identified and same will not pass through in Premium Quality Also, team of 3 people in day shift and night shift do testing of tile planarity manually after every 1 hour. Any problem if they found they will instruct the production team for solution
PACKAGING
The Packaging team look after systematic manual packaging.
The packaging of material is so good that, it prevents the material from many defects in material Uke scratches, corner chipping, side chipping etc..
HANDLING
We stake the material in vertical form in Iron stands.
This will prevent the material from breakage and chipping during the storage and handling the material.
